We here at jcptrading.com, referred to as "JCP" throughout the rest of this privacy policy, recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We at "JCP" take the trust you have placed in us very seriously. We believe that your information should only be used to provide you as a merchant customer with the best service possible. Any information that you provide to "JCP" will only be used to process your orders effectively. We do not share any of your personal information with any outside companies. To ship your order, we will need to provide your (Name, shipping address and phone number) to a shipping service. This may include: The United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, DHL, etc.

Refund Policy
Wholesale only, no refunds. All sales are final unless defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). Upon inspection of the item returned to jcptrading.com, should we find the item to be defective, we will replace it at our sole option and at our discretion. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to any returned merchandise that is accepted. Return shipping and the original shipping cost is also non-refundable.
