Custom sunglasses- Lens prints and logos
Lens Materials:
Acrylic lenses- our acrylic lenses are excellent for regular use. Acrylic lenses provide 100% UV protection from both UVA and UVB rays. They are also impact resistant.
They meet or exceed ANSI Z80.3 general-purpose UV protection standards. They also comply with European directive 89/686/EEC in accordance with standard Pr EN 1863.1997 (Sunglasses for General Use). These sunglasses can by exported to many countries worldwide.
Polycarbonate lenses:
Polycarbonate lenses are not only thinner and lighter in weight than traditional acrylic eyeglass lenses, they also offer maximum ultraviolet (UV400) protection and scratch resistance. In addition, they are very impact resistant. This extra toughness makes them the lenses of choice for sport eyewear.
Polycarbonate lenses also have built-in ultraviolet protective properties. Similar to the way that sun block prevents the sun's rays from damaging the body; UV protection shields the eyes from the same detrimental light rays.
Polycarbonate material is manufactured differently from the way that other lens materials are fabricated. An enormous amount of pressure is used to compress the raw material. The resulting product holds up so well under impact not because it is hard and unyielding, but rather because it is flexible and gives slightly under pressure without breaking. Polycarbonate lenses are actually constructed out of material that is identical to what is called "bulletproof glass
Polycarbonate lenses are safer than traditional lens materials because they aren't brittle. They won't usually break if they come into contact with fast-moving objects such as balls, racquets or even a bullet. Regular acrylic eyeglass lens materials shatter upon violent contact in the same way that car safety glass does. Pieces of the lens are sprayed around, which potentially can cause injury to the eye. That's why polycarbonate lenses, which hold up better under impact, are recommended in sports sunglasses.
Polarized lenses:
For many years boaters and fisherman have relied on Polarized lenses to cut glare from the water. In the last few years the benefits of Polarized lenses have been recognized by a variety of other outdoor sports and activities, as well as by professional race drivers and general use wearers. Polarized lenses have become extremely popular worldwide.
People who also benefit most from polarized lenses include skiers, bikers, joggers, golfers and anyone who enjoys a clearer view while eliminating glare. Drivers like polarized lenses as the cut the glare as it comes off of the hood of their cars.
Polarized lenses work as follows: Light that reflects off of water or any other flat surfaces is generally horizontally polarized. This horizontally polarized light is then blocked by the vertically orientated polarizers in the lenses. The final result is a reduction of dangerous and annoying glare.

Pantone color matching:
The range of colors in the corporate logo in a client's signage, for example, should match the color of the sunglasses, which are being manufactured. This, says experts, is critical to the public image of any company or product.
With so much riding on color consistency, our factories invest in color matching tools. Pantone, Inc. provides a seamless color language from concept to production that results in consistency across media.
Pantone has gained a reputation as a world-renowned authority on color, color systems and technology used for the selection and accurate communication of color across various industries.
